Reflect on Your Year

Reflection is key to self-awareness and growth. It allows you to recognise patterns, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for improvement. Take some time this December to ask yourself:

  • What were my most significant achievements?

  • What challenges did I overcome?

  • How did I grow emotionally, mentally, or professionally?

  • What habits served me well, and which ones didn’t?

Writing down your thoughts can make this reflection more concrete. Consider journaling or making a list of wins from the year, no matter how small they seem.


Celebrate Your Wins
